Airmid Wildflower Hair Rinse
With rose, nettle & lavender

Airmid was an ancient Irish healer and herbalist, remembered for her cloak of herbs and deep herbal knowledge. There is something magical and ceremonial about pouring an infusion of flowers over your head, and we hope to honour her with this simple and beautiful practice. The flowers and herbs in this blend are chosen specifically to nourish the hair with minerals and support a healthy scalp.

To use, simply pour about two cups of near-boiling water over two tablespoons of the herbs in a heat-safe bowl. Add fresh rose petals or crystals if desired. Cover and let brew for around 20 minutes, then pour the rinse over your hair. Let the rinse saturate your hair and sit for as long as possible before rinsing with water. Straining the flowers out before using the rinse is advised if rinsing in the shower, but if you are practicing this outside or bathing you may wish to leave the flowers in.
Preparation must be used on the same day it was made. For external use only.
