  • With intention, anoint your temples or apply 10-20 drops to your belly or heartspace before bed or meditation. Aisling also works as a soothing and warming body oil and makes for a lovely ritual when applied to the lower belly and back during menstruation.

    For external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

    As with all products containing Artemesia vulgaris, we do not recommend use during pregnancy.

  • Olea europaea fruit oil, Artemisia vulgaris, Lavandula angustifolia, Matricaria chamomilla. (Essential oil extract free)

  • Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and use within 12 months of opening. Make sure not to get water or anything else in the bottle as the longevity of the oil will be reduced considerably.
