Flora offers us a ritual of self-care which can promote awareness of breast wellness, offer nourishment and warmth, and nurture our connection to our female bodies.

  • Apply 6-10 drops per hand, and massage into skin with circular, broad strokes that extend from the breastbone to the centre of the chest, breasts and underarms. Ideally, use after bathing or while skin is damp. Use daily or as desired. May also be used on the entire body as a nourishing moisturiser.

    Nursing mothers are advised to wipe any oil residue from nipples and surrounding area or wait until it has been absorbed fully before breastfeeding.

  • Simmondsia chinensis seed oil, Viola odorata leaf/flower extract, Rosa damascena flower extract, Alchemilla vulgaris leaf extract, Taraxacum officinale flower extract, Sambucus nigra flower extract, Trifolium pratense flower extract, Calendula officinalis flower extract, Melissa officinalis leaf extract, Achillea millefolium extract, Galium aparine leaf extract, Rosa damascena flower extract, Citronellol*, Geraniol* *naturally in essential oil.

  • Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and use within 12 months of opening. Make sure not to get water or anything else in the bottle as the longevity of the oil will be reduced considerably.
