Apply 6-10 drops per hand, and massage into skin with circular, broad strokes that extend from the breastbone to the centre of the chest, breasts and underarms. Ideally, use after bathing or while skin is damp. Use daily or as desired. May also be used on the entire body as a nourishing moisturiser.
Nursing mothers are advised to wipe any oil residue from nipples and surrounding area or wait until it has been absorbed fully before breastfeeding.

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and use within 12 months of opening. Make sure not to get water or anything else in the bottle as the longevity of the oil will be reduced considerably.
